Where do you currently ship?
We currently ship to any address in the 50 United States.
How soon will my order ship?
Shipping days change depending on shipping blackout days, shipping cutoff times, and whether or not it is a valid shipping day. In most cases, orders ship within 1 - 2 business days.
How soon will my order arrive after it ships?
Priority Shipping deliveries will take between 2 - 3 business days to most places in the continental United States. Express options are available for a faster delivery!
Does the recipient have to be home to receive their package?
They do not!We ship via UPS and USPS Priority Mail and we order our packages to be Shipper Released, which means that signatures are not required. We do encourage you to let the recipient know a surprise is coming so they can be on the lookout. You will receive tracking information when your order is shipped and will have the option to sign up for alerts through the tracking link.
Where do the packages ship from?
All of our packages ship from Lenexa, KS (just 25 minutes outside of Kansas City).
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. After that, you'll be able to use your tracking numbers to follow it as it ships.
What happens if the item arrives damaged?
While this rarely happens, all of our boxes are backed by a quality guarantee. If your box arrives damaged, we'll work with you to make it right and ship you the same item again if you so desire!
I have an event and need my order by a certain date, can you help?
We recommend that you add the "Rush Processing" extra to your item. This will move your item to the front of the line. In many cases, if the item is ordered early enough, we can even get it out the door the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee our fulfillment times due to seasonality.
Are estimated delivery dates guaranteed?
No. We will do our best to fulfill and ship your item as quickly as possible, however, we cannot guarantee what the shipping carrier will or will not do. Please order early enough to give yourself a few days should the shipping carrier experience delays, technical issues, etc. That said, we will do everything we can to help you with lost or delayed packages.
My tracking link shows the item was Delivered, but I didn't get it?
It is recommend to check your front porch, mailbox, and even touch base with your neighbors should such an incident arise. If you still can't find the package, you can attempt to contact your local shipping carrier. Package theft is on the rise, and should the shipping carrier not be able to help you, the next avenue for recourse is the police.
